I copied it from the Creative driver to usbvm31b.inf and now it works fine in Windows 10 64bit. This device needs the sensor configuration from the Creative driver (from P1130Dev.inf). For the Creative Webcam NX PRO with PID_401E changing the VID/PID in the inf file is not enough.
